美國Bio-rad伯樂Sub-Cell® Model 192 Cell水平電泳儀

Sub-Cell 192 型電泳槽不僅比 Sub-Cell 96 型電泳槽具有更高的通量，同時與多通道吸管相兼容。該槽容納最長 25 厘米的凝膠。使用四個或更多 51 孔分析梳，可以運(yùn)行兩個以上的 96 孔樣本微孔板。 Sub-Cell 192 型電泳槽具有更長的凝膠和緩沖液再循環(huán)端口，因此，該電泳槽成為 DNA 和 RNA 印跡以及分離粘粒 DNA 限制酶切消化的理想選擇。 25 x 10 cm 和 25 x 15 cm 樣品盤、梳支架和梳以及電極組件可在 Sub-Cell 96 型和 Sub-Cell 192 型電泳槽之間互換。

所有 Sub-Cell 192 型電泳槽都包括一個緩沖液槽、一個帶電纜的安全蓋、一個水準(zhǔn)氣泡和多個梳（26 孔和 51 孔）。還提供了包含其他附件的系統(tǒng)配置。
